1.1. All orders in our store are fulfilled using the Print-On-Demand (POD) model in collaboration with Third-Party Integrations.
1.2. Each product is made to order, which means production times are included in the overall shipping timeline.

2. Production and Shipping Time

2.1. Production Time

  • Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and order complexity.
  • Please note that production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

2.2. Shipping Time

  • Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
    • Domestic Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after production.
    • International Shipping: Typically 7–20 business days, depending on destination.
  • Exact shipping estimates are provided during checkout.

2.3. Orders may arrive in multiple packages due to production and shipping logistics.

3. Shipping Rates

3.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, product weight, and shipping method selected at checkout.
3.2. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated on our website and applied automatically at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
4.2. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the package is shipped.

5. Shipping Destinations

5.1. We ship to most countries worldwide.
5.2. Some restrictions may apply based on Third-Party Integrations shipping policies or local regulations. If your destination is not supported, we will notify you during checkout.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

6.1. For international orders, customs fees, duties, and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6.2. Please check your country’s import policies to understand any additional costs before placing an order.
6.3. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Shipping Issues

7.1. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
7.2. What if an order gets lost in the mail?:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
  • Before doing so, we might ask for help, such as confirming with the customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be a good idea to double check that you have contacted the carrier to try to locate the lost order.
  • Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order.

7.3. What if the product is damaged in the mail?

  • If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@gtamerch.store or fill out the form in SUPPORT and we will be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

8.1. If the shipping address provided is incorrect, and the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
8.2. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
