1.2. Our store operates on a Print-On-Demand (POD) model in collaboration with Third-Party Integrations. This means that products are made to order according to your specifications.
1.3. Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing your order.
2. Custom Products and Return Exceptions
2.1. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, returns and exchanges are not possible for:
- Incorrect size, color, or design selection made by the customer.
- Products made to personalized specifications (e.g., custom logos, text).
2.2. Exceptions to the above:
- If the product is damaged or defective.
- If you received a product different from the one you ordered.
3. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
3.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order.
3.2. Your report should include:
- Order number.
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
3.3. After verifying your claim, we will decide on:
- Sending a replacement product.
- Issuing a refund to your original payment method.
4. Shipping Issues
4.1. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of placing your order.
4.2. Claims related to delays, lost packages, or damage during shipping will be addressed in accordance with Third-Party Integrations policies.
5. Return or Exchange Process
5.1. Product returns (if permitted) are only accepted after prior communication with customer service and receiving return instructions.
5.2. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
5.3. Upon receiving and accepting the returned product, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement product.
- A refund.

6.2. Refund processing time is between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
