Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

At GTA Merch Store (the “Site”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same in return. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit takedown notices to our designated DMCA Agent.

As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material was removed due to a copyright claim and you believe this was an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification with the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the removed material and its original location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy for terminating accounts of repeat infringers in compliance with the DMCA. If a user repeatedly violates copyright laws, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate their access to the Site.

Intellectual Property and Publicity Rights
